We have been taught to approach life from a logical standpoint. In our culture, things that can be measured and explained in a linear, logical way are what have been considered the most valuable. We are learning that there is far more to life than this. Because our cultural emphasis has been on reasoning and logic, much of the creative part of who we are has been left unexpressed.
The Yuen Method works in the arena of our creative expression. It relies on intuition and is ever changing. One of the most important parts of the method is to stay open to the new. We use words to describe what we feel and these are simply labels for energetic frequencies that are affecting our lives.
Everyone is intuitive; we are born that way. Babies and children are very sensitive to the energy around them. Everyone has had an experience of walking into a room with other people and feeling the tension or love there. Our culture has taught us to move away from that intuitive information and pretend we don’t know what is occurring. However, if we listen and pay attention, each one of us can feel what is going on.
Part of the Yuen Method training includes reconnecting with the messages our body gives us about the environment we are in. We learn to feel the difference between weak and strong in the energy of the person we are working with. We specifically work with weak and strong, rather than yes/no questions. Yes/no questions can get very complex, depending on how the question is asked. Staying with strong/weak makes it very simple – just follow the weaknesses.
How much time does this take to see results?
